Eagles Wings Ministries International, based in Milwaukie, Oregon (a suburb of Portland), is under the headship of Apostle Richard Wright.  He is the founder and overseer of this ministry.

During over 25 years of five-fold ministry, we have been pioneers and forerunners in present-day truth (truth that is among us now, regarding what God is desiring to restore in the present) in the revelations of Holy Spirit.  We have never wavered from declaring a new truth or the rhema Word received in times of prayer and study.

We have received a spiritual mandate for the Body of Christ internationally.  We did not choose this mandate, rather, it was thrust upon us by the Ancient of Days through the mouths of His appointed prophets.  This mandate has been confirmed many times over.  At the heart of this directive/change/vision is one simple but profound desire...that each and every saint who is headed for or is already operating in a five-fold office be all they can be in Christ - with a new level of excellence!
